• A 20% deposit is needed to confirm your booking. Kindly note that the 20% deposit paid is not refundable.
• Any promotional discounts will be applied at the time of payment.
• Guests under 16 years old must have parental consent. We can only offer pregnant guests 'Maternity Treatments’ between 15 weeks and 36 weeks under doctor’s approval.
• For same day reservations, please book through our online reservation system or call the spa directly during reception hours +81 (0) 136 55 7796.
• If you arrive late for your reservation, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly. To fully enjoy your treatment, please ensure you arrive at the spa before your scheduled appointment time.
• By proceeding with the reservation, you agree to authorize payment via Room Charge, settle by cash or credit card in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• A 20% deposit of the treatment cost will be required for advance bookings. Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your reservation. Same day changes or cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the treatment fee.
• Please note that in the case of no-show or less than 1-hour notice, guests will be charged the full treatment fee (100%).
