We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend your booking, may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment value. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delays for other guests, while the full treatment fee will still apply.

For group bookings or spa packages, additional cancellation terms may apply.
